Comments From Gerald Gonzales

Room for rent in a three bedroom condo.

Sits on the border of Echo Park/Chinatown.

It is close to downtown, silverlake, los feliz, etc.

The place has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

There is internet service and it is pretty fast, however there is no TV service.

Parking is street parking only.

Walk to Sunset/Cesar Chavez.

Close to Chinatown, Dodger Stadium, Downtown, Echo Park, Silverlake, Lincoln Heights, Boyle Heights, Highland Park, etc

I am currently under-employed and the room is not painted.

I also use part of the common area as a home office.

The carpet is in bad shape and the kitchen is not in tip-top shape either. Everything functions in the kitchen, it's just not pretty at the moment.

Temporary and month to month is ok at a slightly higher rent.

Deposit amount is negotiable.

It will also be available furnished if needed. I can put a desk & chair and a shelf in the room. I can also provide a small bed.

It will be available for move-in on November 7.

Rent is $650/mo including all utilities.

It's not for everybody, but for the right person, this can be an exceptional place.

Currently, one room is occupied by me (male) and one room is occupied by a female.

Please reply with a little about yourself and a phone number, and I will get back to you. It helps if you mention something from this posting so that I know you have read it and you're not sending a generic email.
