I am looking for a male roommate who is preferably a non-smoker and a working professional. I value qualities such as responsibility, respectfulness, cleanliness, organization, and consideration for shared spaces. Open communication, reliability, and effective household expense management are also important to me. I’m accustomed to splitting rent and utilities evenly (50/50) and would like a roommate who is comfortable with this arrangement.

I work from home and am currently a senior at Caltech, so I spend most of my time teaching online, attending lectures, and completing coursework. As a result, I rarely have guests over and prefer a quiet, peaceful living environment. If guests do visit, I appreciate advance communication and mutual respect for space. Above all, I believe that good communication is key to a successful roommate relationship.
