I am a straight female looking for a room to rent beginning the end of June.. I am very clean and quiet.. I do not have any pets, I do not smoke, and there will be no children.. I am very responsible, respectful, honest and trustworthy.. I work a full time job and have been with the company for over 10 years.I am seeking to live with a single mature female in a safe, clean, and quiet environment.. Someone who shares similar core values as myself.. My desired rent portion is $550-$600 per month (everything included).. 6mos-1 yr lease.. I would like to not have to share a bathroom, however, I am flexible with that.
