i have a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in raleigh which is conveniently located to cary towne center, downtown, rtp, ncsu, etc.apartment amenities include a business center, pool, hot tub and 24 hour gym along with fitness classes.
my current roommate will be moving, so i need to find a roommate to split the rent. everything is furnished except for the individual's bedroom and bathroom. no worries about privacy!
roommate must be female, pay rent on-time, be courteous and responsible. sorry, no pets. i already have a cat. also, i have a boyfriend who stays over sometimes, but he is very respectful. i know some women don't like men staying over, so i am just putting it out there in case it's a deal-breaker.
my lease expires july 28th. the leasing office must be made aware of lease changes no later than may 28th, so i want to get a roommate lined up by then!!!!
