I am look for someone that is trustworthy, respectful, clean, with a desire to get along but able to communicate if there is a problem of any kind. Someone that does not have a problem being around a small dog (although hes seldom in shared areas unless in the back yard with me). Have a desire to have a stress free, easy and enjoyable, fun living environment. Able to share the living areas, and bathroom respectfully. Does not do drugs, Able to pay the rent on time, and can pay 1/ 2 of the electric bill which usually runs about $140.00 so it would be approx $70.00. Smoking is permitted Outside Only.
