i have a room available that i am trying to sublet for the remainder of the lease (november through the end of march). it's located on the border of cromwell and middletown. i recently got a job in the boston area and need to move asap. my current roommate whom you'd be living with is a 24 year old female who's very respectful, reliable and nice. our apartment is very spacious with features such as air conditioning, laundry on site, dishwasher, balcony, spacious closets. you'd also receive the largest room! the place is only $415/month plus utilities (usually averages about $500 all together). again, it would be for 5 months, and then you'd have the option to resign. if interested, i'd be more than happy to send pictures of the place. it's move in ready (cable and tv obviously all ready set up). the apartment will be partially furnished once i leave. let me know, thanks!
