we have a room available in our home. there is one other young couple that lives here. our kids (13,14) come over every other weekend and have a room they share. the bedroom has directv in it and there also is a living room with directv just off the kitchen. my wife and i spend most of our time in the den or our bedroom when we're home. there is a swimming pool in the backyard which has grass and a privacy wall. this is a quiet, clean, safe and respectful home. rent is 500 a month which includes wifi and all other utilities. we are looking for a stable individual, not a couple. we have two dogs. no cats, sorry. dogs possibly ok. thanks!
