available august 1, 2012i am looking for a mid-20's to 30's professional female roommate to occupy a spare bedroom i have in my 3 bd / 2 ba 1300+ sqft apartment for $400 plus 1/2 of all utilities (i.e. electricity, water, and cable / internet). $100 cleaning deposit required. most of the apartment is furnished however the bedroom will be up to the roomie to furnish.
you may sign a full lease until may 2013, to take advantage of all the apartment amenties, or we can do a person to person agreement for no less than three months at a time. either way references and background will be validated.
i am looking for someone who is open to a clean and pet friendly household.
