i am a female seeking a female roommate in capitol heights, md. my home is a 2-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo-style townhouse in a quiet neighborhood near a bus stop. the first floor has a large living room with hardwood floors, a 1/2 bath and spacious kitchen. the room available is also spacious with a large closet. the two bedrooms share a bathroom. the room is available for rent immediately. compatibility is essential. i am a 28 year old teacher from a big family. i cook multiple times during the week and socialize on the weekends, sometimes at home. however, i am respectful of the need for quiet, cleanliness, and peace at home. i do not smoke, and i do not have any pets. rent would include utilities, cable and internet. if premium cable channels are preferred, that would cost extra because i do not watch enough television to want to pay for it. please contact with interest and/or questions. happy hunting!
