hello! i'm a 27 year old female, i rent a townhome in brighton and am looking for someone to rent out the master bedroom. it's a pretty large sized room and has it's own bathroom/shower and walk-in closet. the bedroom will not be furnished so you would need to bring your own furniture. the rest of the house is completely furnished. i do have an attached garage you can use for minor storage. i have 2 dogs but they are very sweet and are not allowed upstairs where the 3 bedrooms are located. they also spend a lot of time in the backyard while anyone is home. my home backs up to a beautiful greenbelt and has gorgeous views of the mountains. i'm looking to rent it out by november 1st.
